- Metered electric hook-up (billed every two months)
- Fresh water hook-up
- Provided fire ring – wood available for purchase
- Public boat launch – attached
- Boat slip – $200 with site rental

- Board walk and beach
- No septic hook up at this time. 300 gal. black tank available for rent. Pump out not included.
Septic pumping will be available twice a month – not included.
